Sounds like the gate valve is stuck. This valve dumps excess pressure when the turbo makes it.

open the drivers door and look near the hinge there is a lil plactic door, You have to pull out the side panel on the dash to get to it.

go find some one that knows how to flash and ecu

hi, please check your radiator stat, you may have another on the head wich may be connected to the E C U. if you feel down the side of the rad. should find two connections into a small unit screwed into the rad. these sometimes burn out. to test if rad. stat is open circuit ( link the two terminals together this is only a temperature switch) i hope this infor. usefull gerry

the shop that sold you the new belt has a book and should give you a photo copy of the diagram for a small fee.adrian,,,,,,,
