Why did my abs light come on?
you need to go to a brake shop. the abs light comes on to warn you before you ruin them and pay big bucks to replace, good luck
Grand Caravan runs rough, even after replacing
Get a scan tool or con your local garage into pulling the codes and reading off the freeze framing data (don't ask them to reset anything) and post what you get here and we can go from there. The system turned on that MIL for some reason (ABS won't cause a rough running condition).
Brake pedal all the way to the floor...Possible abs module?
Im going to assume that a mechanic has already checked for the most simple causes like making sure the brakes have been bled. If the abs module is faulty it will default to just a no abs state, but that wont cause the pedal to go all the way to the floor. I agree that replacing the caliper is probably gonna fix the problem, but I might try to bleed the brakes first and see if that solves it first...

If fluid is low, try bringing it up to proper level with Valvoline ATF+4 fluid. You need to used either fluid from a dealer, or the valvoline brand which is approved by Dodge.
How to replace the power steering pump on a 2001 dodge caravan sport
Hi Robert, glad to help! First you need to remove the fluid from the pump reservoir. Second remove the belt from the pulley. Third remove the pressure hose and the return hose from the pump. Forth there are holes in the pulley so you can move the holes to gain access to the 3 bolts that holds the pump to the block, remove those three bolts. Then you'll need a pump pulley removal tools, because the new pump almost never has the pulley on it, so you'll need to remove the pulley and put it on the new pump. You'll need to hold the pulley from turning while removing it. If you don't have these tools and know a mechanic have them do it for you it will be faster. If you want to do it yourself you may be able to rent the pulley and installer tools at autozone or some other store. When you have installed the pump back on the engine and installed the belp and hoses. Make sure after filling it with fluid to start the engine turn the wheel back and forth, and fill it again, you may need to do this several times until all the air is out of the system and it stops whinning. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Robert.
How to replace the power steering pump
If it's a 3.0 from underneath,if a 3.3 or 3.8 you can access the pump from the passenger side, remove the air filter box and the side splash shield to get serpentine belt off,you will need to get to the pressure line on pump under van (16mm) remove the supply hose on top of pump, through the top and through the pulley holes 3 bolts hold it to the bracket (13mm deep)the bottom one may give you trouble as it is a tight area with the ac lines that run close by,remove them by hand with the socket on the bolt, slide pump slightly to the rear and up to remove, press the pulley off & on to new one then reverse what you did to get it out.
Where is the cooling sensor on 2001 dodge caravan
If you are referring to the sensor that would control the radiator cooling fan, it should be located in the bottom of the radiator. If you are referring to the temperature gauge, it should be mounted somewhere on the intake manifold. There are other sensors that control other devices, usually called Thermol Ported Vacum Switches which control part of the Heating and A/C systems are also found on the intake manifold and usually have only vacum lines attached. This information applies to most all engines, regardless of manufacturer or age.
Hope this helps.
Where is the cooling senor?
Next to the thermostat housing. It has 2 wires connected to it.
Follow the hoses, they will take you right to it.
