Front right brake is stuck on 99 dakota
your problem sounds like a seized caliper. You will need a mechanic to unseize it and replace the caliper. Parts are generally not expensive but to do it yourself you will need knowledge of bleeding brake lines. The caliper is what pushes the brake pads tight against the rotor to stop you. when you release the brakes, the caliper loosens. when it seizes, it just doesn't release
Check engine light 1999dodge dakota
go to a parts store, they will read the codes for free that will tell you what is wrong with the truck. you can unhook the battery for at least 60 seconds re attach and that will reset computer clear the codes and shut light off. it will come back on if it still detects a problem

Sounds like either a headlight switch or a broken ground. Did you lose both the hi and low beams? Do your parking lights work? The headlight switch outputs to the hi/low selector on the column. If both hi and low beams are out I would check output voltage from the switch. Sounds ike that make be your issue. Good luck and let me know if I can assist further.

it sounds to me like your ignition coil pack is going bad. or if it is a distributor type engine, it will be your distributor cap and rotor button. but first take the number 8 spark plug wire off and check for spots where the wire has touched the exhaust manifold.

Check the coolant level, if it is low the system gets air bubbles and can this causes the temperature to go up and down. If it is real low you have a leak.

check for a loose wheel,(lug nuts) aluminum wheels need rechecked a few times for a while when removed for service.. my stepsons van has alloy wheels which work loose all the time..one came off on a 450 mile trip as I drove on the interstate...scared the hell out of me.. no warning at all..check suspension parts also..
