Rough running no power low mpg, check engine light is on and off, scan reads Nothing at all! Help I dont know where to begin ! I have changed the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor

One possibility is the coolant temperature sensor for the ECM. If it is sending erroneous values (like the engine is cold when it is not), the ECM will send too much fuel thru the injectors. This will cause rough running, poor gas mileage, but may not set a code since the ECM thinks the voltage from the sensor is correct. Also, you say you replaced the plugs. If you used platinum plugs, these can cause issues as the coil voltage is not sufficient to properly fire platinum plugs. This is one time that the standard old OEM plugs are best.

HOW DO I REPLACE THE 140AMP FUSE ON A LEXUS GX470

does it look like this pic-8667296300135517448.jpeg in the centre of the picture? the fuse to the right needs removing and the plastic clip to the left should pull out ,then you will be able to access the bolts if not then the fuse box its self may need removing so access can be gained to the underneath but you should be able to get the bolts undone without doing this ,don't forget to disconnect the battery before you start this work or you will blow more fuses or worse, keep me posted

What can I do to fix my gas gauge, that does not work?

The first thing you should do when troubleshooting fuel gauge problems is to ensure that all of the wires and connections are clean, free of corrosion, and secure. If this does not fix the problem, check the fuse for the fuel gauge. If the fuse is not the problem, ensure that the sending unit is correctly grounded. Next join the connector of the sending unit to the ground. If the fuel gauge begins to work, the sending unit has gone bad and needs to be replaced.

What is a fuse link?

Looks like a regular wire but has different core that acts as a fuse inline. If you feel wires you will feel it kinks and stays kinked because it is one solid piece of wire. Braided/normal, are/feel more flexible . What trouble are you having?
