Were do i find a new hood for a 1996 dodge intreprid?

For that year auto i would check your local salvage dealers and junk yards often you can even request a color that even matches your own as well. And seek out a salvage hotline which has access to other junk yards then you can request your hood in blue red or what have you and it can be shipped directly to your front door. Remember to rate my solution Thanks in advance.

A head gasket is blown. RUns rough and heats up.

That is BS. There is a product on the market called Blue Devil that works well if you follow the instructions. You will need to change the oil if it is creamy. I would only do this if you do not have money to have the head pulled and the gasket changed. The heads could also be warped. I have had some customers that wanted to do this wrather than repair it correctly, and have had three out of four successes. Hope this info was of good use to you.

Replace the timing belt and the car will not crank

Always crank motor over by hand with a ratchet or breaker bar before attempting to start with key. You can very well ruin or lock up your motor if the timing is incorrect before you try to start with key. If its locked up, unhook battery. Place ratchet and socket on crank pully. rotate in reverse and then try to rotate forward. If there is anything holding the motor from turning by hand, pull timing belt and make sure everything is aligned correctly and try to crank by hand again 2 or 3 revolutions. If tight or locked, then motor needs inspected for bent, jammed valves, broken pistons.

The turn signal/hazzard flasher is a small unit ( little black box, 5 prongs ) Located between the fuse box and brake peddle on a braket under the drivers side air conditioning duct. At some point and time in 1995 dodge swiched over in the middle of production so some 95 intrepid and 96 and 97 should all be the same.
