Under the cowl, remove wiper arm assembly, remove cowl, remove windshield washer reservoir (sp) and you will find it

have you tryed to start in nutural, my car has the same problem its the only way i can start it, if it does it is the shifter not bieng all the way up.

Check the fuses.

Could be swittch or bulb in back instrument cluster.

if it is the TB Chrysler 2.2 there is a small screw that is located on the intake where the accelerator cable is. When the engine is on, turn it either way to set the idle speed higer or lower. I am pretty sure it holds true with the other engines that they came with.

Quickest and easiest without tools is to turn the car fully on with the key or try and start it while you have yourself or another person hold thier ear up to the gas tank. You should hear a humming noise come from the gas tank if it's working when you do this. If not then the fuel pump is not coming on like it's supposed to.

No special tool needed these things just get stubborn sometimes. The last time I had one stick I had to take a large regular flat head screw driver and use it to pry the drum off a little at a time to do the brakes. Turned out to be the old brakes being adjusted too far out. If your parking brake is engaged it will also lock the drum on because the pads are in contact with the drums.

Look at this and see if this is how you did it. If that's not your engine you can enter your info to see it.

Open the back doors and look for a little switch on the door in the area that would be inside the frame if the door were closed. Move the switch into the up position and that should take the child locks off.

Either the headlight switch if defective, you have a short in the circuit or flasher relay is defective.

Stop by a parts store like autozone and they can check it on a computer for free to tell you why the light is on.

Maybe car has an electronic pick up module in or on the distributor that is bad.

if your car will only travel at 25 to 30 mph the catalytic converter is plugged up will need to change to correct problem.

2.2, 2.5 (4 cylinder) or 3.0 (6 cylinder)?

On the 4 cylinder models the belts are just held on by various tensors either attached to their accessories (alternator, Powersteering) or via a pulley (AC, water) Release the tension, remove and replace the belt.

Time for a tune up. Spark Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, fuel filter, and air filter.

there might be a short in your wireing.probly why they hard wired it.
