It sounds like there is a problem with the sending unit in the gas tank. I don't believe it would be a fuse. The sending unit is part of the fuel pump assembly. Someone may have replaced the fuel pump and may have damaged the sending unit, or the sending unit has gone bad, it's powered seperately from the fuel pump.

Mechanic(?) changed brake pads and one rotor, but
Have you pumped them to set the pads? If you seperate the caliper to allow for the clearance for new pads, it will not set until you pump the pedal to pressurize and expand the caliper. If you haven't loosened any brake lines you shouldn't have to bleed them. Check the fluid after they are set to make sure it is still full. If this doesn't work, check the calipers to make sure they aren't frozen in place. If they are, you may be able to loosen the pistons by spraying them with penetrating oil and working them. Make sure if you spray them, you get all the excess off the brake pads and rotors if you overspray.

Do i have to bleed
All brakes, newer and older, would require bleeding. There is no concept of pump the brakes to bleed.
BE SURE to not let the master cylinder run low on fluid, or it will need to be bench bled, and start over again...
Battery doesn't charge. I have checked the cables
The battery on a Dodge Caravan is subject to the same drainage issues every conventional
automobile battery has. If the alternator does not produce enough current to recharge the battery, it will lose its charge over time. If the voltage regulator is not functioning properly it can impair the ability of the battery to stay charged. If the operator leaves the headlights on, or the door open or any number of other accessories that draw electricity from the battery while the engine is not running, the battery will eventually die. Loose battery cables can also keep the alternator from supplying current back to the battery
the votage regalator usally is first to go out. thanks
Transmission 94, 4 cyl 2.5l engine Dodge caravan.
The sensors and solenoids are found inside the transmission which would cause your problem.
Maybe try the $100 fix by having it flushed filled with new fluid. But, if this doesn't work, then a rebuild or replacement transmission will be necessary.
Good luck on this repair.

Rough idle, dies when running slow
Not much info here, but I would do a tune-up. Change spark plugs, oil and filter, air filter. Disributor rotor and check distributor cap for cleanliness. Make sure spark plug wires are not arcing.

The emergency fuse box is under the dashboard by the left foot of the driver seat, and the controler fuse box and relay is under the hood either beside the battery or the other side. after checking the fuse line, you might want to check the light bulb, they usauly burned out first...

When the doors close on a 1994 model they usually make contact with a switch. The switch should be visible on the body of the vehicle, check all of your switches and clean or replace as neccessary.
