Before you tear apart half the engine can I suggest this. Find a can of "seafoam motor tune" you should be able to find it just about anywhere automotive parts are sold. Poor half the can in the oil. Start the engine and let it run until the lifter noise goes away. Change the oil and filter. Add the other half a can of seafoam to the oil and drive it. If you have a sticky lifter this will free it up. I have yet for it not to work. If the noise doesn't go away its probably not a lifter. depends on year make and model 91 dodgespark plugs spark plug wires dist. cap and rotor if it has one change plugs and wires one at a time very important not to cross wires and put in wrong place replace air and fuel filter p.v.c, valve and should be good to go always make sure engine is cold before you start
