Could replace the solenoid pack, but my guess is you need to rebuild the transaxle

Remove the serpentine belt by using a breakover bar, rachet or serpentine belt removal tool with the correct size socket for the pulley mounting bolt. Rotate tensioner arm to release tension. Remove the belt.

This is a classic symptom of your timing off

So obviously by now you found out that it was time for a rebuild

Your shift linkage is loose its an easy fix hopefully its been fixed by now

Look for a main breaker, surprisingly, they are putting them into cars these days. A Chilton or Haynes manual will locate it for you, but it's usually under the hood, will be in a fuse box.

that would be a good place to start -replace the filter-then if not better do the pump-Denny

not possible replace where you are or have it towed or you will destroy your motor-cheers Denny

Check your emergency flasher knob,and make sure it is not engaged.Check all fuses and bulbs.And replace then emergency flasher also.

either a fault on the stalk switch but i suspect the hazard light switch has a bad connection insdie the switch this is the most common fault i come across
