It should be located right by the shifter under a little pop out cover. It'll be the size of 1/2 " x 1/4" rectangle

I had my mass air

It has nothing to do with the transmission and how it shift. The MAS with multiple others, sends info to the ECM, which adjusts fuel, air, and spark advance accordingly depending on too rich, too lean, etc. ALso the mas usually has a arrow on it and cant really be installed wrong. What do you mean by "pulls some" ?

Unable to repair damage on my 1999buick regal ls .ave found a complete door to replace damaged olne how do i remove old one this is my right rear door

Replacement depends on how the hinges are mounted to the frame. If they are bolted, just remove the bolts. If they are welded, the need to be removed with a special tool and a special replacement package used to reattach the new ones. This is not usually a DIY job - you will probably need a body shop to do it.

My front dirvers side turn signal bulbs keep

That's usually a sign of overheating due to a poor connection. Buy a replacement socket and splice it in place using heat shrinkable tubing to keep water out. Apply a light film of dielectric grease int he socket. Then clean the ground connections. That should solve the problem

1999 buick regal won't start

This may be related to the antitheft system The system is known for turning off the starter and/or injectors when it fails. Is there a light on the dash that says SECURITY or a picture of a car with a lock through it? This is a common problem worth looking into. http://www.diy-gm-security.com/ 26205359-pfr3olq4vbrbhfmp0xdrulln-4-2.jpg

Brake lines probably broke. brakes stopped working suddenly.

There are many things other than brake lines that can cause braking loss. Investigation will reveal the issue. First, check fluid level in the Master Cylinder. If the level is normal, you don't have any broken lines/leaks. If the fluid is full and you have no brake pedal/braking power, chances are the Master Cylinder itself has failed. There are o-rings internal to the M/C that can fail, and when this happens, you will lose pressure to wheel cylinders/calipers and, as a result, lose your brakes. If the fluid has leaked out, then you need to find out fro where. This is not too difficult normally. Fill the M/C with fluid and have someone press the brake pedal while observing the underside of the vehicle. You should see fluid dripping from somewhere, often near one of the wheels. You can have a leaking caliper/wheel cylinder, brake hose, or metal brake line. Once you determine what part has failed, you can purchase and replace the defective part. Brake calipers, wheel cylinders, and hoses are fairly simple to replace. Brake lines are more difficult, as they require shaping, cutting, and the creation of couplings. After repairs are done, the brake system must be refilled and all air bled from the system or braking will not be satisfactory.

Starter will not engage at times can try starter rapidly and it will start when you watch engine belts while trying to start engine slightly turns this happens about every 4 to 5 times that i drive it

Does the engine make a knocking noise when it first starts or when driving? Like when letting off the gas. If so, this would indicate a bad engine(bearings). Otherwise, replace the starter.

Why would 1999 Buick dash lights not work unless interior lights are on using the rotary switch for the headlights?

Hello, From your description I would have to say it is the switch. The switch you turn to put the interior light gas a variable resistance coil in it and it is probably broken. I hope this helps, Vinnie

It starts and will only stay running if I keep my foot on the gas. As soon as I let off the car dies.

sounds like idle control valve. allows air to get into the motor if the throttle body is closed. aka your foot off the gas pedal. sometimes you can try to clean them, but most times that doesn't work. southernelectronics.com
