If its both windows and the problem started with both sides at the same time, then the problem is not with the motors. I would check the owners manual to see if there is a specific relay or fuse that controls the rear windows. also.....and I don't mean to insult anyone's intelligence here, check to make sure the "child safty lock" on the drivers side door panel is not engaged. I've seen that happen before as well.

well like any other car same way you change brake. you'll need the hex or star bit key as for the rear you'll need a special key. its square like. you'll have to push as you turn the piston in. you can use the grip player to turn it and push it in @ same time. be careful and bleed brake to clean the line.

No idea what the main vehicle problem is, or how it was tested, to determine you need to make repairs Why are you suggesting removing the cylinder heads if your only changing failed intake gaskets? Who is going to do this work? Usually if you have to ask, it isn't the vehicle owner

Some where you have lost integrity of the cooling system allowing it to enter the crankcase. If the coolant goes directly into the oil, the problem should be obvious. If you send the year, make and model I may be able to help you locate it. If it overheated, the cylinder head may have cracked.

Many of these are located in the fuel fitting that connects to the carburetor...You need 2 wrenches to loosen this connection...the small one should be a fuel line wrench...you will find the paper filter inside this fitting...when replacing, it will not let you install backwards...Be sure to use some fuel line Teflon tape when re-connecting the fitting to the carburetor...inspect for leaks while motor running...Hope this helps.

It's hard to say without DTC's but some likely causes for this problem might be, throttle position sensor, fuel pressure regulator or cam and crank sensors.

two things I would try changer fuel filter and clean throttle body plate and the back of it with cleaner (combustion chamber cleaner) and if your problem is gone hope it helps

Try a new fuel filter, if that doesn't work, it may be a clogged fuel pickup inside the tank. It may be allowing enough fuel to get through to start up and take off but not enough to run at speed limit for an extended period of time. Find a garage or friend that you trust for the second option, it's a miserable job without a lift or proper tools.

I have a 99 Buick Regal and it too dies out, but only when I use my turn signals. Sometimes, when trying to start the car...the dash lights would flicker and you can hear some sort of electrical ticking sound. As of today, my car will not start (5/24/09) it hadn't turned over since yesterday. After a process of elimination and searching the net, I think I need a new ignition switch. You may need one as well.
