check fuse and relay if both good then bad fans to check if the fuse or relays are good use a paper clip use both ends of paper clip on each side of the conection of the fans while your key is on the on position if fans work you got a bad fuse or relay

well if you checked all fuses and everything involving the window and they are all good then its your switch

if its already off you can get witch ever one you want you also got to get the rearview mirror glue then follow instructions on the back of the glue pack

What do you mean by, "then it burns up alternator" ? It is common for people to replace their battery assuming its bad when actually it is an alternator issue all along. A weak or dead alternator will make the car run off the battery until the battery is too weak to either keep the car running or start the car again after you shut it off. Have you taken the vehicle to an auto parts store that will test your Alternator, Battery and Starter motor for you with their test computer? Many offer this service for free and it only takes a few minutes. Another issue could be the battery cables and or their attachment points. Sometimes cleaning of the battery terminals works and other times the corrosion has actually seep inside the stranded wire battery cables and reduce their ability to carry the needed amperage. When that happens replacing the cables is the best bet.

Your voltage is probably spiking and burning out the alternator. Do your dome lights dim and brighten when you drive at night?

The list is long. Bad spark plug/s, wire/s, distributor cap, camshaft, valve/s, piston/s, gasket/s, vacuum leak, fuel injector/s among other things. Some diagnosis will be needed.

See the attached video for instructions on how to test the wires and coils. If that isn't the problem then it is likely the ignition module, or the crank or cam position sensor.

I have the same problem with the same model year buick,since i lost the door key and can only lock it electronically. Not sure how long it will last,or what would happen if the "beeper" button stopped working? Anyway,think it's a GOOD idea to obtain a new key just in case. Will look into it when i get the chance.

It's inside the fuel tank.
