you have the common GM intake manifold leak

hope this helps you... It isn't always easy to find. Keep in mind that the engine is "sideways", so the front of the motor points to the passenger side of the engine compartment. Standing at the passenger side with the hood open, look to the lower left corner of the motor, and you should find the filler cap of the reservoir there.It is at the pump which is at the rear of the engine on the pass side.Find the alternator, reach down behind it, black cap.

chances are good u blew the ignition module, coil pack or ecm.

If only one seat is not working the fuse/relay is ok or both would not work, most likely cause based on experience is the control switch, then the power seat motor.

the fuse box you are looking for is under the dash on the passenger side, you will need to remove the plstic kick plate then look up and a little to the right,you might have to remove three screws located along the rear edge of the panel, when you have the cover off in the upper left hand corner of the fuse box you are looking for a fuse that is marked [ SBM ] this fuse is for you interior lights, there should be extra fuses, in the second row second from the bottom and the third row second rfom the top, you'll know their spares if they pull out really easy and have no metal connectors inside the slots you just pulled them out of.

If the heater hoses are hot, I would check the blend doors under the dash.

Has there been a recall on them? Call dealership.

More than likely the door panel the switch sets in is broken not the switch, this is common. You will need to try and find a used panel in the right color. I suggest you use a used part search engine you can find by googling "used Buick/car parts request from".

CHECK FOR POWER AT DRIVERS DOOR SWITCHES, THEN CHECK WHEN ACTUATED FROM DRIVERS DOOR IF POWER IS BEING SENT TO ALL OTHER DOORS.CHECK ALL IN CAR AS WELL AS UNDER HOOD FUSES AND RELAYS

i have a 1997 park ave and none of the windows will work i changed relays fuses checked motors changed window switches i need help

This switch will be on the frame of the car either as part of the latch anchor or within a couple inches of this point.

I remember replacing a lot of power window motors on Buicks,but not a lot of switches.Use a basic 12v test light to verify everything is OK to the motor.

Does the front and rear light on the right side come on when you activate the switch ?If a light is out the system won't flash.If one side comes on and the other does not, the problem is usually in the turn signal switch.
