Which Solenoid to buy???

Replace the crank sensor to fix it. It's next to the crankshaft pulley which has to be removed to replace. Next time it gets hot and shuts off , spray or pour some water on it and see if it will start. If it does then you will know what to do.

I turn my car off and my fuel pump is still

Pull the relay for the fuel pump out of the fuse box.
Just pull them one at a time, until if stops.
Then replace the relay, because that is about the only thing I can think of that could cause this.
If expensive and you want to be sure, then look at the diagram on the side of the relay, and determine which socket is supposed to get power when you turn the car on. It will be one of the primary pair, that connect to the symbol that looks like a coil or solenoid. Then see if that wire gets power when you try to start? If it does, but does not have current when ignition is off, then there is nothing else wrong but the relay with its points welded together.

My turn signals are out. and its not the lamps.

There is a panel that drops down under the steering wheel. It's usually held up with a wingnut or a screw. Once you've loosened the panel and it drops down, you will see the flasher unit that needs replacing.

I can not unlock the doors, so the doors will not open

Here what I would do. Find you one of those arm pumps that doctors use to test blood pressure. (I forget what they're called) Then slip it into the door centered best you can and pump it up slowly. This should give you access to the rods without damaging your door, as long as you're careful with it. Good luck!

Next to a dealer, a salvage yard should have one. If there is not one where you are located you can do a search on the internet and find one that has the cluster and they can ship it to you.

My daughters 1990 buick regal custom has started

First, have your daughter listen for vacuum leaks (young females generally have the best high frequency hearing) They will sound like a very high pitched whistle. Next, look for vacuum hoses that are damaged and leaking. Next, clean the throttle body. Remove the hose that goes from the air cleaner to the throttle body. Hold the throttle plate open and spray some throttle body cleaner (available at an auto parts store) in and scrub with an old toothbrush -- don't forget the top. There are other things, but these are the easy, common, obvious first tries.

Need to know the location of cam sensor on 1990

It's just under the water pump. You most likley need to replace the magnet that is on the cam gear to fix it. The sensors hardly ever go bad. The timing cover will need to be removed to fix the magnet.
