Blend door acuator motor in dash board. when you change positions and temperatures the motor should turn and and close blend doors, when the motor is on its last leg or shot, it does not open or close door properly resulting in improper temp other than what you have it set to.
I had the same issue and this fixed it fine for me:
Remove the 10A audio fuse from the passenger side console fuse panel (see diagram), turn on power, turn off power, replace fuse. Turn on power, press eject, reset the clock. Rock on.
It flashes due to a problem i the systems sensors. You must have the dealer scan the system to see what the faulty area is that is causing the light to flash indicating a fault.
Most likely you need a new shift cable. There are bushings in the end of the cables (both ends) if they are worn out it will not shift. Bushings are not serviced by GM
Easy fix I just did. (replacing the oil filter adapter gasket which is a common leak). Remove the air cleaner tube and housing. Release the tension on the belt. Remove the two front bolts on the air compressor. They are nuts but the stud will come out too which is fine. Under the car loosen the third air compressor bolt. This will give you enough room to loosen the hidden bolt on the oil filter adapter. It only needs to be loosened as the adapter is slotted there. Remove the other two bolts on the oil filter adapter and remove. Replace the gasket and install.
The radio displays driver information center (DIC) information when it first powers up. The uplevel radio shows the time and outside temperature on the first line of the display, and DIC information on the second line of the display.
There are 3 DIC buttons on the radio.

If the fuse blew, most likely the new one you installed also blew. Check it again. You have a short somewhere. Double check all the wires you did while installing the horn button.
I would look real careful under the seat and make sure that there is nothing obstructing the movement. Also check the tracks that it sleds on for pennies or anything else blocking it as well.
Can be numerous reasons and there is no value in just guessing what the issue may be on your car.
You need to have the car properly scanned for faults and then a proper diagnosis can be carried out by a professional on the causes of the engine issues you have with the vehicle.

Unhook both leads of the battery and touch them together to drain. Then hook the negative back securely, then hook the positive cable back. See if that resets the BCM.
Check the actuator motor on the heater it controls the doors that direct the heat and switches to direct the ac air as well. It is located inside the car in the center or end of the heater box.
