EVAP Control System Small Leak Detected

Possible Causes:Canister Purge valve is damaged, leaking or it has failed.Charcoal canister is loaded with fuel or moisture.Fuel filler cap loose, cross-threaded, incorrect part or damaged.Fuel tank is cracked (leaking), or a leak exists in the 'O' ring.Fuel tank pressure sensor is damaged or has failed.Fuel vapor line(s), fuel pipes or hoses damaged or leaking.PCM has failed.

Then the transmission has failed and will need to be removed and rebuilt.

I think it goes through the part where the window and hood meet and slides down because many cars do that

Just as a possible solution just to close the roof, remove the motor and try an manually pull the roof closed, if it does'nt move it could possibly be the operating rack that pulls the foor back and forth, in which case it will require dismantling the roof assembly

its the idle air contol motor. its located on the bottom of the throttle body.

ODB2 CONNECTOR

If you replaced the plugs and wires you should know the engine has a distributor cap. The coil is in the bottom of the distributor.Keep in mind it could be an injector instead of an ignition problem.Is the check engine light on and have you checked for trouble codes ?

check the wires to the clip on the horn they rust and then there no connection

replace the accelerator cable (moisture gets in the vinyl coated cable, and cable rusts and sticks, you can possibly spray wd-40down the inside of cable, and on the spring and shaft coming off the plenum/throttle body(cable connects to this on motor side of cable) this may get you thru for awhile, but eventually the cable will breakcable

check computer and reset all

it must be the gearbox

You must have the dealer scan the VATS system to see whatfault is present and locking you out.

I worked in an auto garage many years ago and learned at that time the check engine light meant nothing other than to drum up business. I learned to shut it off in my truck. I have heard recently it doesn't seem to mean much. An example, a friend brought her vehicle in and they checked the check engine light on the computer. The computer said the vehicle was misfiring. Duh I think everyone knew that. So it shows the computer was of no help. I wouldn't trust it.
