Brake Lights

easy way to test switch at peadl is to remove the two wires and simply bridge them completing the circuit if brake lights come on then defo the switch. you could try removing the switch and clean with air line and pushing back and forth then simply plug back into wiring before completluy refitting and try it.

Brake Lights No Go

Try checking your brake switch which is located right above your brake pedal. It is electrical and has a spring loaded pin that comes out when pedal is pushed and contracts in when pedal is released. When its in it turns off the brake lights.

HAS TROUBLE CODES, P 0014 AND P 300 , WHAT IS

code p0300 is multi or random misfires. could be plugs wires or coil packs. also fuel lean condition. if you have rotten eggs smell from exhaust the converter could be at fault as well as oxygen sensor

Did you turn the left turn signal on or are you saying it comes on just by hitting the brakes and doesn't turn off when you release the brakes?

You have a dodgy earth connection in the rear lamp. Remove lamp, make all connections good making sure there is no corrosion.

2006 colorado p/u leaking water in floor of

water is like air it goes through the tinniest hole. it could be coming from your windshield seal. if it is the pass footwell area it could be your heater core. I hope it is not the heater core but if it is the water will smell sweet and fog your windshield when on defrost

Replacement fuel pump instructions

2 different ways, 1 drop tank 2 unbolt bed from frame and lift. disconnect all lines and plugs from sending unit, spin collar on unit with speacial tool or hammer and screwdriver and lift carefully from tank. repeat in reverse to finish
