I'm no mechanic, but the same happened to me on an older truck. The alternator on mine was the culprit. You can pull it out and have it checked at your local Auto parts store, usually for free. Good luck

In addition to removing arm rest/door closer U need a special tool to remove the window winder from the inner panel . Once it is off you can remove the panel by dislodging the clips that hold it in place., move the plastic covering the innards , make the repair , and reassemble.

I had the same problem to the T. I look online for all the same solutions and I can only tell you what worked for me. Actually what I think worked, HAHA! I went out to my truck and unplugged both battery terminals from battery and placed them together to supposedly reset the electrical system, "so I was told." After this for about 20 min or so, I went back out and in this order; re-installed positive terminal followed by negative terminal to battery. After this I checked locks and windows and surprise they worked. I've seen a lot of people say that all they did was wait and they worked later, so maybe it was that and not what I did, but who cares, they work now. Give it a shot and if it works for you, GREAT let me know, I HATE CHEVY CAUSE OF THIS......they wanted me to pay for a stupid diagnostic before they would help me........well screw you I fixed myself. LATER

So , what did you do about the class 2 serial data bus ? Do you know what that is ? And it is suppose to be hooked up too the radio . With aftermarket stereo's on GM vehicle you need to use a interface module . ! Have it check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes , you will probably find a U - code , communication network failure .

Each module connected to the class 2 serial data circuit monitors serial data communication during normal vehicle operation. Operating parameters and other information are exchanged among the modules. When a module receives a message that contains a critical operating parameter, the module records the identification number of the module which sent the message. If a module does not associate an identification number with every critical parameter within 5 seconds of beginning serial data communication, DTC U1000 or U1255 will set.

Something on the bus is not letting normal communications happen .

Doesn't have one , not needed with Camshaft Actuator System
The camshaft position (CMP) actuator system is used for a variety of engine performance enhancements. These enhancements include lower emission output through exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control, a wider engine torque range, improved gas millage, and improved engine idle stability. The CMP actuator system accomplishes this by controlling the amount of intake and exhaust valve overlap.
The camshaft position (CMP) actuator system is controlled by the powertrain control module (PCM). The PCM sends a pulse width modulated 12-volt signal to a CMP actuator solenoid in order to control the amount of engine oil flow to a Cam Phaser passage. There are 2 different passages for oil to flow through, a passage for cam advance and a passage for cam retard. The Cam Phaser is attached to a camshaft and is hydraulically operated in order to change the angle of the camshaft relative to crankshaft position (CKP). Engine oil pressure (EOP), viscosity, temperature and engine oil level can have an adverse affect on Cam Phaser performance. The PCM calculates the optimum cam position through the following inputs:
