I have a chevy s10 and the clutch petal is very hard to push

Most likely clutch is worn out, increases pedal height and pedal resistance, recommend replace if around 100,000 miles old. Also good idea to replace clutch master and slave, and service trans fluid.

Why is the air in cab not hot?

Yes a vacuum leak can cause the vent valves under the dash to not operate. To check this go from heat to defrost and see if you can feel the air flow change from out the dash or foot area to the window area. If it does change then it is probably not a vacuum problem.

No constant power to radio

You could run your own constant power from the fuse box by either splicing into something like the cigarette lighter or by using an add-a-fuse. you can find these at your auto parts store.

How do you replace the clutch fan on a 1997 s10 4.3 im replacing the water pump

If you don't have the two piece wrench set for that, leave the belt on, put a long wrench on the hex of the fan clutch, and give the wrench a couple good whacks with a hammer. It unscrews with regular threads( lefty loosely). May have to repeat the process several times.
