Wont crank or dies sperioticly

Sounds like a dirty carb is keeping the gas from getting to the engine. I would say pull it apart and clean it out good and maybe get new gaskets for it. The jets in carbs aren't that big and so a small spec of dust could greatly reduce the flow. Also, check you can your spark plug to make sure you have a proper spark. This can be done by removing the plug and then holding it against bare metal on the block while you crank it.

Hose from water pump to intake manifold above and behind water pu

this is a water pump bypass hose connector to the manifold, take the broken piece to a parts store and show it to them, it should have the threads still broken off in the manifold so explain that. To remove the broken piece ask for a EZ OUT to fit the piece you took to the store.
It is common for these to become brittle and break off but it is a simple fix.

if you have to push the brake to move it out of park there is (for lack of the proper name) a thing by the shifter you can remove and it won't bother anything or your brake pads need to be replaced for the electrical i would try spraying compressed air or another electrical cleaner in the crcracks to remove the dirt

93 Buick LeSabre. Battery not charging

use a volt meter while the car is running to check the main wire or large red wire coming off the back of the alternator it should read a steady 14 volts, the volt meter must be set at dc 10 amp settings, ground the black wire to ground or a metal surface some where on the car and touch the red probe wire on the volt meter to the main terminal of the alternator as i said it should read a constant 14 volts if it doesn't the alternator is bad.

What causes the car not to start when turning the key

There are many potential problems that can prevent a car from starting. Lack of fuel due to empty tank, blocked or frozen fuel line or filter, clogged air filter, electrical problem due to dead battery, low voltage, open fuse, bad starter solenoid, bad starter, bad ignition coil, poor insulation on coil wire... the list can literally go on and on.You could get a better answer if you tell us exactly what you do and what you see, hear and feel when you do it. When you turn the key to on, do you hear the faint buzz (fuel pump), when turned to start, does the engine crank but not start? Is there silence?

Trouble codes 93 buick lesabre

The first thing you have not checked is fuel pressure. The pressure could be low, or the fuel filter could be clogged. It takes more fuel to run the engine in the first 5 minutes until it warms up than under normal conditions. The codes mean the sensors are not giving the computer the readings they should, but it does not always mean the sensors are faulty. If the engine is running rough, or the fuel mixture is lean, the sensors will show that.Code 44 is O2 sensor reading lean which may be true.Code 33 is MAP sensor reading low vac which may also be true.Another possible cause is the coolant temp sensor may not be telling the computer the right thing. If it tells the computer the coolant is 200 degrees and the engine is cold, you won't get enough fuel thru the injectors.
