How do i know if my all wheel drive is working 2003 aztek

What light is lit ? When light's are lit on the instrument cluster , air bag , check engine , ABS etc... usually means there is a problem with that system , an there are DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in that systems control module . You need to take it to a qualified repair shop an have diagnostics done to see what the problem is .

How do I eliminate the beeping noise that occurs even when I'm driving?

Is there a door ajar light on? How about a seatbelt light on? These will cause the chime to sound. Possible door switch causing issue. You can unplug the chime module from under the dash. Listen for the noise to locate it and unplug it.

I have a 2003 aztek its over heating on shot drives i think its the radiator cap. when i put a piece of rag in it it works fine until the rag gets wet.

I don't think it's the radiator cap. I'd just replace the thermostat and see if that resolves the problem. you can also remove the thermostat just to see if it still runs hot.

if it runs hot with a new thermostat or without one, then have the engine professionally flushed. this is a pressurized flush.

without more information on mileage or vehicle, thats the best place to start on this issue. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ray_6d6dc1dfa6f18dc1

P0753, p0758 and p91860 what's my problem and how do I fix it?

Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a ASE certified professional . You do not have the tools to diagnose this or the information. DTC P0753 The 1-2 shift solenoid (1-2 SS) valve controls transmission fluid pressure acting on the 1-2 shift valves to position the valves for the appropriate gear. The 1-2 SS valve is a normally-open exhaust valve located on the control valve body. A fused circuit supplies ignition voltage to the 1-2 SS valve. The PCM commands the solenoid ON or OFF by switching the ground path. When the 1-2 SS valve is commanded ON, the PCM senses low voltage. When the 1-2 SS valve is commanded OFF, the PCM senses high voltage. Refer to Shift Solenoid Valve State and Gear Ratio . If the PCM detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the 1-2 SS valve circuit, then DTC P0753 sets. DTC P0753 is a type B DTC. DTC P0753 sets when one of the following conditions occurs for 5 seconds: Condition 1 The PCM commands the solenoid ON and voltage feedback remains high, B+. Condition 2 The PCM commands the solenoid OFF, and the voltage feedback remains low, 0 volts. DTC P0758 The 2-3 shift solenoid (2-3 SS) valve controls transmission fluid pressure acting on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift valves to position the valves for the appropriate gear. The 2-3 SS valve is a normally-open exhaust valve located on the control valve body. A fused circuit supplies ignition voltage to the 2-3 SS valve. The PCM commands the solenoid ON or OFF by switching the ground path. When the 2-3 SS valve is commanded ON, the PCM senses low voltage. When the 2-3 SS valve is commanded OFF, the PCM senses high voltage. Refer to Shift Solenoid Valve State and Gear Ratio . If the PCM detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the 2-3 SS valve circuit, then DTC P0758 sets. DTC P0758 is a type A DTC. Conditions for Setting the DTC DTC P0758 sets when one of the following conditions occurs for 5 seconds: Condition 1 The PCM commands the solenoid ON and the voltage feedback remains high, B+. Condition 2 The PCM commands the solenoid OFF and the voltage feedback remains low, 0 volts. What's this p91860 , no such code .

Where is the safety shut off for a 2003 Pont Aztek

There is no safety shut off switch .First off you say it still won't crank , I'm assuming you mean it won't start an run . If you turn the key to the start position an the engine spins ,that is referred to as the engine cranks . You have a no crank - no start or engine cranks - no start . A fuel pump would have nothing to do with a no - crank -no start problem . If the engine is cranking an not starting check for spark at spark plugs . Is there a security light lit on the instrument cluster ? a anti-theft system problem will cause a crank - no start problem . A short on the five volt reference circuit will cause a crank - no start . A shorted map sensor , shorted TP - throttle position sensor

Cigarette lighter fuse continues to blow immediately after inserting a new one. Why?

It could be shorting behind the fuse panel or the ground is actually going to hot. Trace the ground and make sure it is well connected.
