Sounds like you have a short somewhere in the brake circuit. May be between the brakes and the blinkers in the brake lights.

when the wipers are off make sure the driver and passenger wipers are at same level on windshield
you can adjust them so they don't go off the edge or hit the bottom.
if they are hitting off the edge and hitting the bottom as well you need to check the linkage since it may be worn out.

There are a few. I have see the ground rust off, the fan motors burnt out, the fuse relay box. The best way to check is using a test light connect it to the two wires of the fan run the engine. If the light comes on before it starts to overheat then check the fan. If not the check the relay. But before you look at the fan make sure the fuse is good.

Could be lots of things. Your fan could not be working or not being told to turn on at certain temp. Your water pump could be broken or your rad cap seal could be bad and leaking coolant or not holding the pressure as the system needs to be.

follow the top raidator hose where it connetcts to engine that peace it connects to it is under it. usuall two bolts and it comes off and just sets right their ater removeing the houseing you just pull up on it and it comes offf

It appears to me it is in the electric wiper motor . I believe it is the brushes in the motor going out. It most cases it is better to replace motor then to rebuild it. Or better yet check local recking yards and get get motor real cheep.
