because water is seeping into the ignition system, security system or horn/Colum & is grounding as soon as you turn on your ignition . After warming ,things melt or dry up & your good to go. Check under that hood near the horn for water or ice or water leak at the windshield to the column. You get to them from the top. Follow the wires to where they are connected and pull them off. The spark plug is under there. I am assuming you have a 6 cylinder so there will be 6 wires.

The 1.5 engine uses a distributor and plug wires, the 1.8 engine uses a coil on each plug.
Number two would be the second over from the timing belt.

You may have to strip the steering column which would also mean removal of the steering wheel. Not a great job, especially with the air bag. I would suggest getting a Dealer to do it. The ignition switch / lock will likely have security screws in it as well.
