Power window usually don't have a fuse but an automatically resetting breaker. If all four windows stopped working at the same time check the body control module that is what manages the power windows. Good luck.

2002 explorer, will not start, turn key just clicks, have new batt and stater but still clicks when key is turned. what could be the problem

There is a starter solenoid on the passenger side fender well. It has 2 big threaded post and 1 or 2 small ones. Have someone turn the key and see if that is what's clicking. If it is take a big screwdriver and jump across the 2 big post and it should start right up

My 2002 ford explorer does not accelerate or reverse.. vehicle needs to heat for almost an hour.

Sounds like the transmission needs rebuilt. Has the transmission been serviced regularly? Try changing the fluid and filter. If you can't work on it yourself, then try a transmission repair shop, it could be a clogged valve body or your shift solenoid (s) are bad. Climb underneath and unplug the connectors to the transmission and inspect them, look for broken, frayed wires. look for corrosion on the inside of the connectors and clean them, put some dialectic grease on the connectors before plugging them back in.

Automatic four will drive will continuously engage and disengage.

Have the codes read to find the problem. Being auto, look to the ABS system for a bad or erratic wheel sensor. Could be a shorted wire also.

Where is the anti slosh module on a 2002 ford explorer

In the instrument panel. It is a small PC board that can be pulled and replaced. You may be able to get one online. A few years back, the only way I could get one was at a junk yard.

Would transmission control module cause transmission to shift from 1st to 2nd and them not accelerate

Yes it can. But have the codes read. It could be just a bad shift solenoid. Better to have it diagnosed. Takes a scanner. The TCM and PCM are the same computer.

How to shut off security system in a 2002 ford evplorer xlt

The security system the car arrived with is integrated into the vehicle electronics and cannot easily be bypassed, shut off or otherwise overridden. If the security system is defective, having it repaired is often less trouble and cheaper than getting around it. I suggest you chat to your local Ford dealer and then ask a local auto locksmith how much cheaper he can repair it for. The alternative would be to remove and send away the engine management ECU to be decoded. In the UK it can take a couple of weeks and cost about £200 for none-trade and it isn't a suitable thing to do for all cars.
