You have to remove the front panel of the switch and replace the switch in the circuit. This may not be easy unless you have a manual that covers this procedure. its going to be either an o2 sensor(bank 2) or a catalytic converter

They are plug and play units...passenger side of interior...usually behind a kick plate or bolted to the general area around the heater box

push in, and twist...there are two prongs in little holding clips on the bulb socket.

The OverDrive band is worn out. Needs a complete rebuild to access the OverDrive band.

Are you sure it is not the belt driving the power steering pump?

Here is a diagram of the cylinder numbers and firing orders including the coil pack layouts for many Ford engines. Yours is center top & the firing order is 1,3,7,2,6,5,4,8. Hope this helps you.

when turning one way only and making noise is most likely a wheel bearing. when turning it puts more pressure on one side and causes it to make noise.

Yes, pop out the rubber plugs ( dirt keeper outer's) and the caliper bolts are inside. They are Allen head bolts but I have seen a few with torx heads. Make sure to put the plugs back in when your done. I also like to put a dab of grease in there before I replace the plugs. (Stops rust).
