Car wont start
Look at all cable and make sure the cable ends are clean and shiney,I do mean shiney.also the battery postneed to be shiney, not gray,or black. This will actually insulate the battery from the cables. If the cables are clean and in good shape at both ends, check for a fusible link to be burned out.It looks like a regular wire, but will pull apart(if burned out)like taffy. They are located on the big post on the starter solenoid. If the problem is not that, then the neutral safty switch, and or the ignition switch is bad.

My speedometer bocunce off betwween 140 and beyond
Check the gear in the trans. Also check the cable to gear in the trans. The gear is plastic and where the cable goes in the plastic cable,it can wear out the square hole.also the plastic gear on the inside(other end where the cable goes in the trans.)can wear down and slip as the gear on the trans turns. This gear is removable, and can be purchased at the dealer, not expensive.

How do i know if i have a 1 pc rear main seal or a
You have a one pc rear main seal,You will have to remove trans, from the car to install the rearmain seal.Check freeze plugs, and cam plug for leaks also, while you have the trans out. Also make sure the crank shaft is not damaged with a roove cut in it from the old seal.If it does, purchsae a repair sleeve for the crankshft to put on the crankshaft before installing the rear main seal.I hope this was helpful,if so ,let me know, thanks

If you know where it is at then remove the wire and use I believe a 5/8 deep well socket and ratchet and back it out. You have to drain water out of radiator unless you fast at stabbing the new sensor into the hole. If you don't know where the sensor is at then send me a email address and I can send all pertinent information.

Radiator fan
either the fan is bad or you need a temp. sensor, to check fans, run a wire from positive on fan wires to positive on battery, if need be ground fans!! if they are ok the fan should start running,,

Check for voltage between battery Neg. and both sides of your fuse, if you get battery volts then its a ground issue, if 0 volts then its a power supply problem.
if you have a ground issue you battery Neg. cable goes from the battery to the engine block then from block to the frame. the easiest fix is to run a new (Heavy) cable from the battery Neg. terminal on the engine to the frame. and check underneath you car for a braided strap that may have come loose (this is your ground strap)
If you have a supply problem then trace the wiring from your fuse back to the source (the Battery) if need be you could run a new wire from the supply point to the fuse panel.

How do you remove 92 mustang motor fan
if you mean the cooling fan, leave the serpentine belt on and loosen 4 bolts at the pulley, then remove 2 bolts that hold on the fan shroud so that it can be lifted up a bit to give room for fan to come out as assembly( fan and fan clutch)

1991 mustang 2.l starter staying engaged
what happens if you pull the shift lever into gear to cut off the neutral-park safety switch? This cuts pwer from the key to the starter solenoid. If that fixes it, replace the igniton switch.

Cooling fan inop
the cooling fan is a one speed motor. operates only with key on.
The integrated control module (ICM) and the engine computer control the fan.
on at 102 degree C (@ 230 F), off at 99 degrees C (@ 230 F).
You have 3 fusible links, 2 18 gage brown and on 20 gage dark blue providing power to the ICM. You should ahve 12 volts the pink/black wire, the black/orange wire and the yellow wire going into the ICM.
First, jumper 12 volts from the battery directly to the terminal on the motor where the dark blue wire goes. Make sure the black wire is grounded. If the fan works, check the items above.
I can sell you this Ford wiring diagram book for a 91 Mustang for $10 if you are interested.
please rate as solved if this helps you, thanks.
