the clockspring in the steering column needs replacing I beleive there was a recall for that call the dodge dealer with your serial number to see if it was done on yours. you never know you may get it repaired for free.

You need to run some diagnostic tests. Do you have spark to the plugs? Do you have correct fuel pressure? Do you have correct compression? Is timing belt broken?

Usually, one fan runs when a sensor tells the computer that the engine's getting too hot. When you turn on the A/C, they both come on depending on temperature demands. I would check the sensor in the A/C. Usually, both motors won't go bad at the same time so I think you'll be OK there. Good luck. Jeff M.

Check for things like a loose fuse, pull the switch bank out of the driver's door and check for a loose plug, especially if it has a cut out switch to keep kids from playing with them. In my 1999 Grand Caravan, the locks were actually computer controlled as was the heat / air, windshield wipers and so many other things you wouldn't expect. You didn't say if it was all of the windows or just one. If everything else checks out, check the wiring harness in the door jamb/s of the affected door/s. Good luck. Jeff M.

Mine turned out to be a cracked P/C board that is part of the dash. It can be repaired, but sometimes it's easier to get a used one at the junk yard. Sometimes, though, it could just be a loose or corroded terminal where the wiring plugs into it.

probably a leaky vacuum brake booster.

I hope you know there is more then one configuration depending on the options. Try looking in a Chiltons manual.

Have to remove the control panel

some times jiggling the steering wheel left or right will do the trick. the steering lock seems to be the culprit. some keys go in both ways meaning upor down side. try the trick in both directions.

Same problem with my 98 grand caravan! Turn heater on high with air directional toward your face. Press & hold top back wiper button & bottom back wiper button (1 button between) until all buttons light up. Release buttons. Then it will go thru reset process. After a few mins. If top button is still lit up, repeat steps again. Found instructions written in back of my manual. Worked like a charm!

clean the mass air flow sensor, when you look under hood follow the hose coming off the air box, over and you will see a medal clamp that you loosen up and take the hose off and there is a metal screen inside. at any parts store you can buy a can of "mass air flow cleaner" its a spray you just spray the screen and reassemble it back together and start the car. this should stop the vehicle shutting down on you. there is a sensor that over time gets carbon build up on it that will cause the problem your describing.

Have you checked the rear tail light bulb?

Check your fluids. Otherwise, try replacing your battery.
