What is the best way to add a/c oil to airconditioning system?

The best way is to add it, is when the system is discharged & open Next would be to use a small can of refrigerant & oil,BUT you need a professional gauge set,& seldom can you get the correct oil in those small cans There are tools for that, but again, only a repair shop would have the investment into the tool you need If your loosing oil,you also have had a system that has leaked for a decade or more, unless you have it open now for parts replacement, then you get the correct oil & add the correct amount to each component

ABS LICHT STAYS ON AND DINGS

probably not especially if you haven't fixed the fault that put the light on to start with. Most ABS lights have to be reset using a scanner but if you want to short circuit the repair then it will just come back on.

I want to start the radiator motor

If you mean the radiator cooling fan, your problem could be a relay. There is a fan in front of the radiator and one behind. There is a different relay for each. The owners manual should tell you where the relays are located.
