This is the sort of fault that is very difficult to diagnose from a post on here without my dirty hands under the bonnet ,but from the sound of it either you have the wrong oil in the auto gearbox like its been filld with manual gearbox oil or the brake bands and clutch are worn and the particles are in sump going around with the oil clogging up the gauze filter inside the box so drain the oil out and drop the sump of the gearbox then clean the filter and refill with new oil ATF type transmission oil and see what happens ,if it works of sorts but still playing up then trade car in quick

Where do i put clutch fluid?
This is for a 328, but should be the same for a 325.
Location 1 is where you add the clutch fluid. The brake fluid reservoir for both the brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder. There is a line from the brake reservoir to the clutch master cylinder.
Also, read you owners manual. It should show the same ocation pictorially.
Can you replace standard headlights with halogen
Halogen lights will draw more voltage than the standard lights and will more than likely cause electrical problems by wires and switches and such getting overheated.
Larger tires will make your speedometer read that you are going slower than you are actually going.
Lost all power while driving. Jump started car
can be either on or both. if you have a volt meter handy get the car started and place the leads on the terminals on the battery, if the alternator is working you should have over 13 volts indicated.

Hoow does starter come out?
OHHHHHH, you have no effin idea. don't try it yourself. It's located, no jammed, up high by the firewall. you can try to take out the intake manifold and 40 miles of wiring and hoses or remove the transmission to get to it. There's bolts that have no prayer of coming out...even if you were jesus.
You poor ******.....you bought a 2.8L engine in a 3 series car that is wedged in the engine compartment. It's bad enough to try to do one on a 5 series.....
Bring one wheelbarrow full of money.
The other day my car
congratulations...you've got a BMW with a GM 4L30 transmission. Same transmission they put in a Cadillac Catera.....no dipstick to tell where the fluid level is. So, BMW, in their infinite wisdom, labled the fluid, "lifetime" There's no such thing as lifetime lubricant for anything let alone a transmission. But BMW owners will believe anything the dealer tells them. Rots of Ruck.
1999 328i. window Washer was
Sounds like the washer fluid pump went out. Autozone should carry one for under $20. They are really simple to install.
Air bag warning light came on. I brought it to
It is possible. The system will give codes and point them into the right direction. If it is seatbelts ( I know it seems strange) it is because they may have a charge to them, meaning that they use a sensor (to let the system know when it is latched) and when there is an accident the system deploys airbags as well as releasing a charge to retract the belts and keep you well against the seats to prevent further injury by coliding with the airbag. Replace the latch and have them reset the system. Make they know that they are telling you that this "fixes" the system not they are going to replace parts until the light goes out! Let me know.
Where is the starter in a 1996 bmw 328i
It is on the driver side on the motor below the intake manifold. It is a difficult job to replace unless you know what you are doing. I hear there is a way to do it under the car with like 4 foot of flexible extensions, but know it would be difficult. Usually I take off the intake. Make sure you keep track of the multiple connectors and vacuum lines and tubing.
