Your fuel system is either to rich or to lean.I would check the fuel pressure first and if its to rich it could be a faulty regulator, or intake manifold leak or if its to lean it could be a weak fuel pump,clogged fuel filter or dirty fuel injectors.

COULD HAVE A LINE PAD SHOE OR SOME THING DRAGING HEATING UP THE BRAKES , CHECK WHEEL TEMP AFTER THE DRIVE SEE IF ONE R 2 ARE PUTTING OFF TOO MUCH HEAT ,COULD BE BOILING BREAK FLUID, OR LOSEING VACUME @ THE BOOSTER

You may also want to look at the more obvious choices, when is the last time you charge the fuel filter, etc. Does it do it at cruising speed or just when you need more gas during accel.

Hello ron, the control module should located behind the glove box. I believe on the 1999 models it is a white plastic. You will be able to see all the connectors plugged in to it.

Do you feel any resistance when you pull the lever? If not, your cable is diconnected, probably behind the lever. If you feel resistance, your latch may not be functioning... may have to manually release through front grille.

No the solenoid is bad it has to be replaced.

If you are referring to resetting the computer,Just unhook the battery for a few minutes and the computer will be reset.
