Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. Did you mess with the starter when you changed the radiator? You need to make sure a wire didn't come loose at your starter. You could have a bad battery also. You need to make sure that the battery is good and holding a proper charge. Make sure the terminals are not damaged or crack. Clean the battery post and terminal ends to assure a good connection. Try hitting your starter a few times to see if it will catch. Also, be sure to check your ignition fuse. Make sure it has not blown.

You need to replace ignition switch

You need to pull the radio to get the serial number. The dealer can look up the code in their computer if they know the serial number of your radio. There are two five-sided cap head screws under the tiny doors to either side of the display. You may be able to remove them with allan wrenches if the screws are not too tight. Search the internet for BMW Radio Tool and you will find the 5-sided wrench for sale, or the dealer has one,
The dealer will want to see proof of ownership of the car so they know that you did not steal the radio or the car. If the dealer tries to charge you to look up the code, try another dealer. Most dealers in the US won't charge you, but a few will try.

depends on what type of top you have (full power or power assisted).

if power assisted, then release the latches on the inside where the top meets the windshield, then hit the button on the lower dash (its near the button for the heated seats & traction control) and give it a little push with your hand to start it folding. it has a picture of a side window & top on it. pushing it one way lowers the top. you have to be in park (or drive with foot on brake) to lower it. hold the switch down, the side windows will lower a bit and the top will begin to move. keep holding it till the top tucks under the boot and the windows begin to go back up, then release it. if the light on this button is not flashing when you release it, then the top is tucked away properly. if still flashing, then keep it depressed until the top folding sequence is complete.

if a fully automatic top (you will not have latch releases on the top where it meets the windshield), then simply hit the button as described above. no need to push on the top during the beginning sequence. keep holding it until the windows begin to go back up, then release it.

for both, watch the top as it tucks into the boot. sometimes if the top is not properly aligned, the top cloth may not tuck correctly and may require some help from you. the sequence can be stopped any time, but the red light on this button will flash.

to put it back up, simply hit the button in the opposite manner and the sequence will start with the rear boot lifting up first. fully auto tops will lock automatically to the windshield. power assisted tops will require to lock the top. if red light on this button still flashes when released, then the sequence is not complete or has encountered an error.

You can reset all the gauges by pessing and holding in the tripometer button and turning on the ignition wait until all nedels are back to o then turn off ignition

you need open the fuel tank and change the sender unit.

How did you test brake light switch?

looks like its a inside oil filter being there is a casing that the filter is covered up by and has 2 o-rings i would try to tighten the bolt or nut or u could take it to a quick lube and have them change the seals.

It could be low oil pressure light.

If it shakes when driving at certains speeds, then it is likely that you have a wheel that is bent or you lost a wheel weight. If the shaking happens more when you step on the brakes, then you could have a warped brake rotor. You can ususally tell if its the brake rotor given that hte car will sort of pulse when you push hard on the brakes.

You know most people think of the worst when it comes to these things. Try this, let your run for about ten minutes then shut it off. Feel both upper and lower hoses and see if they feel about the same in temp. If not than it could be your thermostat. If everything feels fine then you may have a bad sensor.

this model is notorius for splits in the big flexi rubber hose between the air flow meter and the inlet system, the hose is constantly being stretched and compressed as the engine moves about, check all round it

The oil filter should be in a housing with a plastic top with a big hex shape on top. You remove it with a 36mm wrench or socket.
Then you remove the O-ring from the cover and replace it with a freshly oiled up new O-ring from the filter package. Pull out the old filter and press in the new one. Screw the cover back down. No need to overtighten. The O-ring is the seal.
