My 1996 318i tourer was loosing power at high revs

get access to the throttlebody, couple of screws to remove top small cover then undo the airfeed pipe jubilee clip and pull off the air tube. Inspect the butterfly inside the throttle body, it will probably be totally gummed up with carbon and oil deposits and will require a thorough cleaning using carb or brake cleaner.

Need unlock code for grundig bmw bavaria rds s/n

As far as I know, you have to go to the dealer so they can see you actually own the vehicle and radio. They will pull the radio out to get the serial number and then enter that into their computer which will spit out the radio code. If they like you, you might not be charged.

PS: Of course you can't just ask for a code on a forum like this. That would invalidate the whole purpose of having codes in the first place! The radio in question might be stolen.

When giving my 96 318i half petal of gas and

Most likely a bad CV joint (Constant Velocity). The CV joint is a flexible power transfer shaft that sends power from the transmission to the wheels. It has a rubber boot to cover the flexible joint. If the boot rips from old age, water and dirt get in and the joint wears out rather quickly. Take it to a shop for an inspection/estimate.
