it is time to recon your head as the guides to the valves are going and a new set of lifter will do the trik

check the ignition relay and the mostcommon problem with them bmw,s is damp gets into the brain and corrodes the circuit board , the brain is located under the bonnet up at the top right hand corner behind a plastic cover which needs srewed of to check this, if it is the brain and you replace it , it will then need reprogramed

The next step is checking all wires make sure all connctores are connected and that wirs are in good shape then if all is well there then i would try chaning the camshaft postion sensor.

i think it means that you have a turn signal bulb that needs replacing cause its not working. check turn signals and see if they are blinking properly from front & rear of vehicle.

there are two more filters. they are called interior recirculation filters.
one is located under the footwell trim panels for the driver and passenger.after removing the trim panels, look inward toward the center console and follow it back to the firewall.the filter is about 3inches by 4inches. make sure not to inhale the dust from them when removing them..they will cause a sinus headache.I recommend replacing them very 2 years, especially if you use recirculation.

if you can find a replacement logo you can super glue it back on but they probably dont sell just the logo so youll have to replace it with a new airbag which will have the logo already on it. (just another way to get money from you is all).

Good idea to get your brakes checked out. If there is a problem then could cost more if you leave it.

Water in the gas tank was probably the reason your head gasket blew in the first place. Water will not compress but in the cylinders there is compression. The water has to go somewhere, it blows out the weakest spot. The head gasket. You need to get the gas tank drained as soon as possible and get a timming light before you burn a valve. They have loaners at many auto parts stores. Call around for a loaner or get a cheap one at a swap meet or flea market.
