it could be a problem vacuum actiatior that is not moving the ratio selection at those vacuum settings registered frorm the inlet manifold vacuum could be a simple vacuum hose loose /cracked problem

Normally a radio code is only 4 digits! Are you sure you have the correct code for the radio......what make and model is it?

The gears for the recliner has been misaligned/broken. Disassemble and look for broken parts. Refer to service manual to realign,

maybe the starter itself is bad.. use you hot wire from your jumper cables to check it on the car..positive to the starter terminal..

if you dont have a code to put in then take your car and your ownership papers to your local bmw dealership and they will be able to get the code from bmw and put it in for you, they might charge you for this though

relace the horn as the inside workings are rusted out. A higher fuse will only burn the wiring harness
