2005 G6 remote . lock won't work but unlock does. Does not seem to be battery. Maybe the connection inside ?

Knowing the poor quality of this remote I would buy another remote on eBay and that will likely solve the problem. Here is a link to an eBay auction. Just $17.99 and free shipping.

When I start the engine , it keeps trying to turnover or keep starting , sometimes it wont start afterwards?

I would bet the ignition starter switch is defective, but your description is very vague and that is a guess.

How much will it cost to get the knocking fixed

depends on what wrong if its big ends or small ends will cost around 300 pounds in uk dollers similar most of this will be labour as long as the piston and crank are ok and its just a new set of big end shells if crank needs to come off or piston to come out its and engine strip down over in uk probably cheaper to buy a second hand engine hope this helps ivan

How to change spark plug wires in 05 g6

Easy job actually, much easier to show than to explain though. I'd go to YouTube and watch a video. But really all you need to do is take off one (AT A TIME!!!) don't remove all at once because if you forget the order your screwed. And pull off the boots slide the wire in and slap it on. I'd watch a video though:)

Door ajar

This is caused by one of the many door sensor switches being defective. You can tear all the door apart and replace all the switches or have the dealer scan the body control module and quickly pinpoint the bad switch.,

Fuel smell near the fuel tank

You may have an overloaded carbon cannister, the carbon cannister stores fuel vapors and is part of the evaporative emission control system, I will be willing to bet if you change it the smell will stop.

No power to gray wire at fuel tank

Keep in mind that this wire will only have voltage to it for two seconds after you turn the key on. It will take two people to check since you won't have time to run back and forth from the ignition switch to the connector to the fuel pump. Find the Fuel pump relay in the under hood fuse box and have someone turn the key on and listen for an audible click. The check for voltage again at the power wire of your connector within that ininitial two seconds. Let me know if you need further diagnosis. I've replaced quite few fuel pumps on these already. Just remember that when you turn the key on, you'll only have voltage for 2 seconds.
