stability system The "service stability system" light as well as the ABS and Brake lights have gone on. Is this a major repair? SHould the car serviced by a dealer? this is on a 2000 bonneville ssei.
the service stability light as well as the abs light is all conected to the wheel sensor. To fix it is simple if you kn,w how to do a brake job,it is all conected to the hub assembly. I replaced both front wheel sensors due to that problem. you can by the hub assembly for around 100.00 dollars at auto zone. the wire that connects to the wheel always breaks and these codes come up.

Where is the oil pressure sending unit located on a 2000 Pontiac Boneville?
The oil pressure sending unit is located behind the oil filter, Threaded into an aluminunm housing. It has wiring that plugs into the sending unit. The oil filter has to be removed and you will need a deep well socket and a 6 inch extension. Change the oil and the sending unit together.

where is the oil pressure sending unit located on 3800 engine and how to replace?
Take the passenger front wheel off. Look up under the car by the power steering pump, you'll see the sending unit, it's up and back from where the oil filter is. There is a special GM oil sending unit socket, I'm sure you will be able to buy or barrow one from your local parts store! Make sure to have a catch pan under it when you take it out, they can leak a good amount of oil out when you remove it.

I am having problems with my 2000 pontiac bonneville. the car does not want to start all the time. Sometimes it will start fine, others I have a dead key. I have check all fuses, battery is good. It seems the colder it is, the less likely it will start.
It sounds like a bad connection somewhere, check the battery cable connections for corrosion and tightness, both ends. It could be the starter, starter solenoid, starter relay, neutral safety switch or ignition. Try moving the shift lever to the "N" position and see if that helps. When you say you have a dead key, do you mean you have no dash lights, (oil pressure light, battery light, things of that nature) no clicking, no nothing?

only the drivers door window and lock works on my 2000 bonneville none of the others work at either drivers door or any door
The power door locks and power windows in your vehicle are computer controlled. Each door has a computer module in it which operates the door lock actuators and the power window motors. All of the modules are connected together through the Class 2 data circuits. A scan tool capable of communicating with the body control computer systems in your car is required to properly diagnose and repair your door lock system.

I need a diagram for a serpentine belt routing for a 2000 pontiac bonneville sle
You probably have it fixed by now, but you should have a 3.8L V6 (no supercharger).
The belt routing should be the same as my Impala 3.8L.
