Trying to find the reason for code p2000
The scan tool your using is generic ISO 9141 is used as the protocal. Its not a code. kwp2000 is not shown. Try and use it on manufacture specific or try and get any freeze frame codes and reply or repost. ( Don't forget to turn ignition key to the run position when trying to retrieve codes.)

NO HEAT IN 2002 ALTIMA
you may need ot do a cooling system flush, go buy a bottle of radiator flush, put it in the radiator when it is cold, run the car for about 15 mins, and go up to the car wash and take the upper rad hose off, and use the power washer to push all of the gunk and anti-freeze through the system. do it until it runs clean.... let the car run for 2 mins with the hose off after flushing and buy straight antifreeze, not 50/50. add it to the radiator, you should have heat.....
If this does not work, then your control unit in your dash may be bad....

What is the torque values for oil pan bolt for
If it's the drain bolt, 22 to 29 ft lbs. Or are you talking about the 10 pan bolts holding the whole thing to the block? 7 to 12 ft lbs, but I would stay on the lighter side, if using an rtv silicone instead of a pre formed pan gasket
