Easiest to either drop the column down first, remove the shear-head bolts holding the lock to the column, then drill beside the roll pins and press them out with the lock on the bench. Not for the faint of heart. or locksmith.

The main fuse blew. Look in your fuse box for a big fuse it should be labeled main or master fuse. Replace this fuse and vehicle should work everything but maybe the starting issues. You have a short somewhere. If the fuse blows again or the car won't start repost the problem

Check all the other fuses as well. They can blow before the main fues

it will happen again as mechanical items do not fix themselves indicates from your very limited description ( hydraulic or cable) if hydraulic it is probably short on fluid and needs bleeding out ( leaking slave cylinder ) or failing master cylinder best take it to an accredited a brake and clutch shop , have a proper diagnosis done then decide on the trip

Your radiator is leaking internally, leaking transmission fluid from the transmission fluid cooler into the radiator where the coolant is. You can't fix it, just get the radiator replaced and then flush the coolant.

check the plugs and wires also check the coils

Take it to a auto electrician , if you are not skilled , you could deploy the air bag and cause a lot of damage. No air bag ok, Check the horn has one or two terminals, if two terminals run a hot wire to one terminal via a inline fuse, wire up a button switch one terminal to earth , other terminal connect to horn terminal with 3mm cable. One terminal horn, run a hot wire to the button switch via a inline fuse , run a 3mm cable from the button to the horn.

remove the radio unit, and strip it down to the electronics.there will be a few capacitors in there...using a jumper that is thinner than the solder points, short out each capacitor you see. (from positive to negative)this resets some old TV systems and Radios memories.hope it helps
