Blower for heater dont work
If it does not blow at all, then It is a bad blower motor, if it blows air but not able to adjust the temp, its the blend actuator.
2006 durango will not start
I would check for spark first with a spark plug tester. They are about $10 bucks and very easy to use. Then check all spark plugs for massive wear, and then check all spark plug wires for breaks or burn holes from motor. If not any of these, then I would check to timing belt. Once you diagnose these things, get back to me and we'll go from there. Good luck. P.S. Did the check engine light ever come on?
Right brake light out; tail light works fine
most rear tail lights and turn/stop lights are the same dual filiment bulb. it is possible for your tail light to work and your brake light not to and still have a bad bulb. I would check the bulb first, your brake light works on the left yes? this would mean that the fuse is fine
Defrost does not work
test if there is power arriving at the connection to the rear window. If yes then your wires running up and down the window have been scratched and broken. You can get some special fluid to repair the breaks but to be honest I have not had much luck with it.
2006 Dodge Stratus, wouldn't shift had to drive
First p0700 is only a generic information code. If you haven't received another code you probably have one pending, have it scanned again. I would start by checking trans fluid level. I believe with the stratus you check you transmission with the car in neutral, at operating temp and on flat level ground with wheel chocks to make sure car doesn't move. fluid should be a nice red color and clean. If orange its probably burnt or in need of service, if black probably needs repairs. If that looks good depending on your code I would say a trans shift solenoid went bad. Keep me updated with that other code.

Blue smoke is oil burning, black smoke is unburned gas out the exhaust, white smoke indicates coolant burning from a bad head gasket. If the engine light was on, they must have scanned for trouble codes. Is the light on again? Did they give you a description of the codes?
2006 dodge stratus battery light on
Usually caused by alternator failure. If you have a voltmeter, start engine and check voltage at battery. It should be at least 14 volts. If not, replace alternator. If you don't have a voltmeter, remove the alternator and take it to the parts store for testing. If you have questions, please let me know.
Radiator drain plug
Should be located on one of the bottom corners or bottom middle of the radiator, either in the front or rear side of the corners. It may be covered by a plastic air dam or under-engine fascia panel that may need to be removed to access the drain plug. Chrysler has also been known to hide their drain plugs behind the grille on the front of the vehicle so if you have no luck underneath the car, see if anything is visible behind the grille.
