Hi, Check fuses and if needed replace with same amperage. Do not put higher amp fuses in. Could cause fire or other damage to wiring. Check why it blew before you replace fuse. Most possible cause is a short in that circuit. Good luck

Check the transmission fluid level first. After car is warmed up level should be between the top and next hole in the dip stick, if low, add fluid to proper level.

Start with checking the battery connections. Check fuel pressure and spark. Replace your fuel filter? Any luck?

No. Starter relay may also be known as the "solenoid". It works the starter motor. Ignition system is a different system, and may not even have a relay, depending on your car.

If the brakes are pulsating when you apply them, you most likely have one or more break rotors. You can chock the rear wheels and jack up the car and use jackstands you should be able to see which rotor is warped. If you don't know how to service brakes take it to a repair facility and get it checked. Some service shops will give free estimates.

The belt routing diagram is located on the top radiator cross member by the hood latch. You should see it when you open the hood. If it is not there, all Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth minivans, from 1993 to at least 1999, used the same 3.3L engine setup, so find someone with one and look for the diagram where I described.

assuming it is only the cloth portion that has fallen you can remove the entire head liner and then re-glue it to the backer board

however, you need a special headliner glue which is a lot like contact spray adhesive

not a tough job but time consuming since you have to remove a lot of interior trim

some also have a transmission computer on the firewall that interfer with driving down the road if they go bad it will cause vehicle to downshift and go slow and then go no where until it cools down then it will crank and go again.
