IF there are no CEL's, remove fuses #10 and #28. Remove your throttle body and clean it with sensor safe spray like Seafoam. Can reuse the plastic O-ring. After clean, reinstall fuses and drive around for several miles so the computer can relearn.

When the dealer replaced your resistor, they probably unhooked the battery (naturally for safety). However, this can blow the actuators unfortunately, especially if it was set to on when they unhooked and rehooked the battery back up. Pretty common problem. The rattling very well could be your stabilizer bar end links. Grab a hold and try to wiggle, should be no movement. Pretty common for these to go out also. When replacing these, get new ones that are greasable with zirks. OEM's are not serviceable.

shift timing solenoid ????? There are 1-2 shift solenoids , 2-3 an 3-4 but no shift timing solenoids . An all solenoids are inside the transmission . Do yourself a favor an take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop .

computer said Map sensor and Cooling temp sensor I replaced Map Sensor and Cooling temp sensor will be done tomorrow . No DTC - diagnostic trouble code say's to replace a part , with each factory DTC a diagnostic flow chart or trouble shooting chart is supplied . Checking the electrical circuit , computer etc... before any parts are replaced . From your post i would say your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop .

Hmm, sounds odd... Check to see if your antenna is securely attached / connected. It could be a bad unit altogether.

Could be a lot of different things have someone take you to AutoZone or similar and either purchase a obd scanner worth the price. You can even maybe use the loner tool program and borrow one. Take it home and scan vehicle for codes this will give you a idea what is wrong.

There are 2 fuse boxes, one under the hood right next to the battery. The other one is located on drivers side underneath the back seat. On both locations, the top cover has identifications of each fuse, probably no need for the manual. The manual can be bought online if you think you need it.

What code reader did you use to pull that code ? There is no P0150 code listed for your vehicle . Factory service info . After market scan tool's , code readers substitute codes in some case's . Chevy doesn't use that code on your vehicle . Have it check with dealer Tech 2 scan tool .
