The gear is loose or worn or there is something in the lanes that stops it going forward. May be dirt, small branch or leaves. Clean it first if it still stick check the gear that moves the door.

Have you checked to see if your switch is on? Your lights will work weather the key is on or not.

first check brake fluid level add if a bit low. if cd eject light is always on check cd caddy if you have stuck cd's

I fix things like that alot. Usually the wires passing through the hinge have been folded back and forth too many times and one or more wires broke. You can close the window using a 12 volt battery alligator clipped to the motor if needed. Reverse the polarity to open the window.

Is any air coming out at all?

If warm air is being blown out, then your refrigerant level is probably low. The car is fitted with a safety cut off, to stop the air conditioning system working if the refrigerant (R134a) level is low.

This cut off only effects the air conditioning, the blower would still function normally.

The 2003 BMW 325i uses a coil-over-plug system, so the spark plugs are connected directly to the coils, deep in the cylinder head.

To get to the spark plugs:

1. Remove sound reduction or ignition coil covers as needed
2. Open control box cover
3. Disconnect ignition coil electrical connector by lifting up plug lock
4. Remove ignition coil by pulling straight up
5. Use the necessary tools to remove the spark plugs

There are six plugs, and the factory plugs that come with the car are most likely the NGK BKR6EQUP (laser platinum, 4-ground electrode) ... or if it's not the platinum version, the BKR6EKUB (a dual-ground electrode, semi-surface discharge type).

its got a timeing chain so dont try to change it
