You can't really fix the oil dipstick. You need to buy a new one.

Sounds like the switch has fallen off the other side of the barrel.

Check your fuse panel, you likely have a blown fuse.

Check the temperature sender unit as expanded hose indicate excessive pressure in the radiator form heat. Check flow rate through the radiator as there may be some cores blocked restricting full flow.. If the hoses expand outside the hose clips then the internal bradding has failed and eventually the hose will burst. Good hoses do not expand past the hose clip and are the same size as the bit on the housing. I would be checking engine coolant level in the radiator and not the reservoir as a temp gauge will read normal when there is no water in the system

first take a hammer. then hit the handle 10 to 20 times. it automatically remove from door.

Sounds like the oil pan. You'll need to remove it and replace the seal.
