I do not have the 740IL manual, but generally the fuel pump relay is either on the right side in the trunk above the battery or behind the glove box. (there is usually a little card indicating which relay it is)

Plugged Fuel filter; Bad injector relay ( not turning the injectors on );Fuel pump not putting out proper pressure; Kinked line. ANY of these will cause the problem you have. Hope this helps

Take off the knobs. There is a very small allen socket below the shaft. Turn 1/4 and pull radio straight out.

what are you checking, and what is the problem.

There is no quick repair for radiators regardless of what you read. You can put all sorts of stop leaks but every one has a limited life and some can affect the metal in the engine . The best repair is to replace it with a new one then you know that the cooling system will not let you down

It is probably tucked away under the engine facing forward next to the gear box. See from under the car.

Fix the Vacuum leak

That would be in the owners manual, we do not have that because BWM doesn't allow free downloads of their manuals. Try eBay for used one or buy from the dealer.
