One thing you can do is to drill a small hole into the very bottom where the water is its deepest. Don't make it too big. About 1/16" is good and it will allow it to drain out without riuning the bulbs. Silicone will not work due to the intense heat of the bulbs.

If the 93 and the 92 are the same it is easy. Remove the bottom part of the back seat. There is an access panel you have to remove on the passenger side. Then you can access the top of the tank to remove the pump from the tank.

if I remember correctly , there is a circuit braker switch on the dash , below instrument cluster ,
right side behind steering wheel.
try it.

If the dash has been apart it is possible that some of the screws have been put in the wrong places. A long screw where a short one should be will sometimes make contact with circuit board in dash and cause an intermitant short.

Is it overheating while at a stop or idle for period of time or just overheating in general, like during normal driving…Secondly are you sure it’s actually overheating or is the gauge just showing high…Because it could be a bad reading from the temperature sensor, which is located on the outside of the engine block…In any case make sure your electric fan is kicking on, if not it could be a fuse, connection etc…If the fan is coming on it could be that your thermostat is stuck…You can always just try and flush and refill your radiator if it’s been awhile since that has been done…Could be a bigger issue like a head-gasket, but I’d definitely check out the fan and the thermostat first…tg
