Head lights on 1993 e36 320i not working

you probably dont need all that chek on the stering wheel sometimes they have a fuse in there see if yours has that trust me if yours have that fuse that might be the problem.

I nee the firing order for a bmw 138i 1993

I'm going to guess you meant a 1993 BMW 318i just because...The four cylinder order is 1-3-4-2. Sixes are 1-5-3-6-2-4.

The windows wont roll up

im not realy sure of your question you do have a new battery in there right is the car starting what else if anything isnt working for your radio its going to need a code because it lost power. as for the windows they might have window regulator problems or could have came off track

Key just keeps turning in

bad ignition is the problem. if it slides out of column the key and barel that is look in side the column you'll see gear teeth those teeth need to move forward if the key is just spinning the tumblers are bad a screw driver to push the teeth forward would start the car if you had barrel out so i would replace it i hope this helps you

Replace power steering rack and power steering pump. But first check fluid level. No fluid in reservoir can mimick same problem. Take off air box to adequately see level.

The car does not start,

If your engine is turning over I would check your fuel pressure. If the car doesn't turn over then look at your starter. You can email back and I can try to point you in a direction.

HE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER IS

you are beyond replacing the lock cylinder unfortunately you need to replace the lock cylinder and the holder the steering colunm will have to be partly disassembled and it is mounted with sheer bolts that arnt easy to remove if you have never tried im sorry but i think you are over your head on this repair

My 1993 BMW 325is Right

Remove the the bulb and check the holder for corrosion and take a small screw driver and bend the leads closer together. Also check the leads on the outside part, that they are not flattened out, again bend them up.. And check the plug that goes to the housing for corrosion and if neessary bend the clips a little closer together.
