The problem could be the headlamp switch.
You are right about the fuses.There is one for the LH high/low and one for the RH high/low.
Have you tried turning on the lamps manually with the switch?

sit in it, close door ,press foot brake down ,try to start if no better it can be the key tumbler at fault

Demise, if it is a hose that is part of the cooling system, there will be no gasket, but the hose should be clamped securely with a new clamp to prevent it from coming off again. You will also have to refill coolant and possibly bleed the cooling system to prevent overheating issues. You really should notify the shop that did the head gasket, as this hose should not of came off and was an error on there part probably unless you had somebody else tinkering with the engine. Sorry , but if you replaced all those parts an didn't fix the problem , your best bet is to take it to a qualified repair shop .
