2005 BMW X 3 service interval reset
Hi geonkm, if you look on the instrument clusteryou will see 2 buttons in the lower centre part of the dash, make sure the ignition is swiched off, press and hold the left button and turn the ignition on to the first position keep holding the button down until you see the display change, then lift you finger and press and hold again untill reset appears ( normally after aprox 5 seconds ) it will also flash, once this happens lift your finger again then press and release straight away, this should reset the service indicator. regards mark ps you may want to print this off prior to trying to reset to make it easier to follow, good luck

FIX BMW X5 HOOTER SENSITIVE WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS OR BRAKE
You should check the cabling, from the steering wheel, where you can press the hooter, till the hooter. I think one of the cables is blank. But if your not technical enough please visit a technician. Perhaps other cables are lose or bad too.

2008 bmw x5 code error u112b
not sure on X5 but on 5 series it meant -
U112B - No message from instrument cluster, could instrument cluster fuse. Could try disconnecting and reconnecting battery to see if that clears it. (Make sure you have radio code before disconnecting)

Hyundai xg350 trunk light doesnt work,no listing for where fuse is
Do the other interior lights work? If so then you have to look closer at the light unit itself for poor ground connection, whether there actually is power to one side of the bulb holder, whether the harness is disconnected somewhere? The fuse will be part of several other items covered, the hand book will tell you. If you don't have one, see if there's a download.

How to reest trans fail safe mode 2005 bmw x5 3.0 litre diesel
Have to have the transmission problem diagnosed
Best not to use it or you may ruin the trans in as little
a ten miles & may have already, using it in failsafe
Fail Safe is there to protect the trans, but only if you stop
using it almost when the light comes on.
It will cut injector pulse, ignition spark & such, to let you
know your have a problem & lock the trans in a specific
gear,BUT folks still continue to cycle the ignition key &
drive on, to the tune of $5.000 leaving their bank account
