Heater blows cold air
First, make sure you are not low on antifreeze and that the heater is set correctly. Also, it is winter, make sure your coolant is not frozen. Heaters take longer to work in the winter when it is cold outside.
If the simple things are all ok, you may have a problem that will require diagnosis and new parts to repair. I recommend a pro shop with certified mechanics that will do the job right quickly the first time.

Are you just opening the bleeder and letting it run out? If so have someone pump the brakes and hold the pedal while you open and close the bleeder don't let off the brake pedal until bleeder is closed . Repeat this process until only fluid comes out . You probably have to bleed both sides . Keep an eye on the fluid so the resivor doesn't run out then you'll have start all over.

I have a 2000 olds bravada it starts but stalls right away what do you think it is
You are most likely experiencing a failed or failing Antitheft security system. Gm has had issues with this system since they first installed them in the early 80s. Contrary to what others may tell you, this system CAN be bypassed and eliminated. People will tell you that it is impossible, or even worse, illegal. This is simply not true. It is your vehicle and you can do whatever you want to your vehicle. This site has a lot of information and can help you beat this problem for far less than the $1000 dealer quote. http://www.diy-gm-security.com/

2000 oldsmobile bravado want back up but will go forward
Sounds like a transmission or shift lever issue. Will it go into the R gear (or is this a stick shift?) My best guess on your issue is that a gear tooth or entire gear (some are made of plastic) may have broken in the gear box or in your automatic transmission. Unless you know how to repair a car, this sounds like a job for your local (and one that you trust -- or the nearest one if it's an emergency) repair shop to deal with for you.
Heater control valve function
no the heater control valves function is to stop coolant (water) flow through the heater core . there is a cycling switch on the low side a/c line or accumulator drier this cycling is to keep the evaporator from freezing up and it also cycles when system is low on refrigerant .
