Make sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections/cables all good. You need voltage and ground. The positive battery cable may lead to a junction block, with fusible links, check them, use a digital multimeter, an automotive test light will work up to a point. Check the fuses in fuse box for voltage, some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on. At the moment, I can't rule out the ignition switch.

Every time you try to start it, it dumps fuel. Pull a plug wire and check for spark. If you have spark. replace the plugs, they are fouled out. If no spark, look at the crank sensor, ignition module, coil, cap and rotor. You will still need to replace the plugs..

First check for fuel leaks. Be safe. Next I would pull the spark plugs and smell them for gas. If you smell gas on them, they are fouled out. Start with replacing them. Also check for spark. These are the two basics to check first. Spark and fuel. You have fuel because you can smell it.

2) Gas tank is full

You are going to have to test all the wiring to see if you have a short somewhere. Personally i would check the wiring before replacement of any parts

Probably a bad headlight switch. To replace, take the negative battery cable off. On the light switch, behind the dash, there is a plunger button on the switch body. Hold the button in and pull out the switch stalk, all the way out of the switch. If there is a retainer ring on the dash, unscrew it from the switch. Then the switch can be removed from the dash-it will hang down where you can unplug the electrical connector from the switch. To install a new switch, reverse the procedure. Check the electrical connector for damage, being burned or melted type damage. If it turns out not the headlight switch, it could be the dimmer switch. If you have a voltmeter, you can test wires for power before condemning the light switch, but it is probably the switch.

CV joint or bearing going bad.

That sounds like an alternator. It is not recharging the battery as you drive. Seems you were driving around on just battery power. Have the alternator and the battery tested. And I would get a new battery since it has been drained and charged a couple of times.

Low on Freon.

I would suspect that either the radio or the clock has become defective. I suggest unplugging the radio first and see if the symptoms change. If the fuse blows then unplug the clock and see if the symptoms change, does the fuse still blow? Hopefully you are able to narrow your search down to one of those two devices but if not then unfortunately, the 12volt wire, traveling from the fuse to the two parts, has shorted to ground.
